Why didnt I receive a confirmation for my order?
The transaction could not be completed due to problems with your internet connection or other possible reasons. Please review all your folders and ensure the e-mail was not sent to "junk mail' or "Spam". If you did not receive a confirmation number, please call us at 1-866-557-5077.
How do I pay for my Tickets?
Lenusa.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit, debit or pre-paid cards. Please be sure to use the same name and address that appears on the card for your purchase.
Is The price Difference When Buying Them at Lenusa?
Usually Lenusa's prices start with a lower pre-sale price and go up as the event date approaches Prices may go up on the day of the event depending on the discretion of the promoter.

You may use any web browser with internet access on your computer, tablet or mobile device.
What happens if I lose my tickets?
If you lose your tickets you will not have access to the event. Contact us immediately. We do no offer refunds for any reason other than the cancellation of the event you purchased. It's the customer's responsibility to keep his/her tickets in a safe place.
What happens when an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled for any reason, LENUSA will reimburse the ticket amount (not including fees) directly to the card that was used to purchase your tickets on LENUSA.com.
How do I purchase tickets for an event?
Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day by visiting our website at www.lenusa.com or by calling during office hours. We will gladly assist you in Spanish or English.
How can I see if my order was successful?
Immediately after you've purchased your tickets either online or by phone, you will receive an e-mail with your confirmation number and receipt corresponding to the charge placed on your card.
Is there an additional charge for purchasing tickets online or by phone?
Depending on the ticket price, there are additional fees when purchasing by phone or online. These fees may vary depending on the price of the ticket and start at only $ for each one, service fees included.
