If you lose your tickets you will not have access to the event. Contact us immediately. We do no offer refunds for any reason other than the cancellation of the event you purchased. It's the customer's responsibility to keep his/her tickets in a safe place.

If an event is cancelled for any reason, LENUSA will reimburse the ticket amount (not including fees) directly to the card that was used to purchase your tickets on LENUSA.com.

  • If you did the submit and they didn’t send you the tickets and the client called again: You can check in the system if the name of the purchaser is there. If there is, the name of the client is going to be in the list of the venue. The client has to say that she/he bought the tickets in Lenusa.com and didn't receive the tickets but is on the list. Preferential, have an ID with the same name (this is the last option).
